The Real Us
EliteStay was built from the ground up on hard work, determination, and a passion for hospitality. What started over a decade ago while stocking shelves at Food Lion grew into a cleaning business — from carpets and janitorial work to managing massive beach house turnovers. Along the way, that small operation became a trusted, well-known brand in our community. While we have since sold that brand, we still hold those memories dear to our hearts and that is what drives us today.
In 2019, we earned a real estate license and dove into the world of property ownership and management. It was there we discovered a love for short-term rentals — not just the operations, but the guest interactions. Being part of making someone’s trip memorable, even if they don’t remember our names, became a driving force. We also understand that not every stay is a vacation, which is why we strive to create comfort for every guest, every time.
